Instructions for
download:
1. Download
this file to your computer
(right-click and choose “Save Target As”)
2. Open Outlook, the click on “File” and
“Import/Export”
3. Choose to “Import from another program or
file” and click NEXT
4. Pick “Comma Separated Values (Windows)”
and click NEXT
5. Click BROWSE and find the file you
downloaded in Step 1 above; choose “Do not
import duplicate items” and click NEXT
6. Select the CALENDAR icon you wish to
import the file to and click NEXT
7. Make sue the check box is marked to
import the downloaded file into the Calendar
program and click the box to “Map Custom
Fields”
8. Drag and Drop the fields from the left
window into the corresponding field in the
right window (i.e., SUBJECT to Subject,
etc.)
9. Click OK, then click Finish
The Kane County Cougars schedule is now
on your computer. To sync to your phone or
PDA synchronize as you usually do.
