Jesse White Tumblers
The gravity switch is now in the off
position: the Jesse White Tumblers have
entered the field. This high flying act
continues to entertain every Cougars fan in
the park. For over 40 years this
internationally famous, high-flying team has
made thousands of appearances at civic and
sporting events alike. Jesse White, founder
and coach, created the team in 1959 to
provide recreational, athletic, educational
and cultural enrichment for inner-city kids
while promoting schooling and an alternative
to gangs and drugs. Members have performed
on national television, at The White House
and even in Tokyo, Japan.
