In case of inclement weather, the Cougars rain policy is as follows:

If the game is OFFICIALLY cancelled, hold on to your ticket stubs. Rainout tickets may be exchanged for any remaining regular season game during the season based on availability (excludes post-season games). A suspended game ticket will be redeemable for select dates.

Tickets may be exchanged in person at the box office or through the mail. If you mail your tickets, please be sure to include your top three game choices. Tickets can be mailed to:
