Let the Cougars host your next event in one
of our private tent areas! Groups starting
at 50 people have the option of enjoying a
pregame picnic fully catered by Cougars
staff. Indulge in drinks, as well as food
hot off the grill while socializing with
family, co-workers, and friends underneath a
tent. At the conclusion of the picnic,
groups move into their seats to enjoy the
Cougars game as well as all on-field
entertainment! Private tents are available
for all types of group events, including
social outings, clubs, business
organizations, and churches.

A
minimum of 50 meals is required.
A
non-refundable deposit, including a
picnic fee and 25% of the total ticket
cost is due within two weeks of booking. Picnic Fee Amount Groups of 20 - 99: $150.00
Groups of 100 - 249: $200.00
Groups of 250+: $250.00
The
picnic fee is in addition to the ticket
and catering costs.
The
catering costs are in addition to any
ticket prices and will be invoiced after
the event.
A credit
card must be provided at the time of
booking.
