Charitable Donations

The Kane County Cougars organization values the importance of giving back to the community and in turn, accepts donation requests from non-profit organizations throughout the Chicagoland and Northern Illinois area. We thank you for your support and for considering us to be a part of your fundraising event. Please fill out the online Donation Request Form below to submit your request. The form will be reviewed by the Cougars Community Relations Department.

Please remember that submitting an online request does not guarantee a donation. Due to the many requests we receive, our submission guidelines have been implemented to assist as many organizations as possible. We ask that all donation requests be submitted at least four weeks prior to your event date. No phone calls, please.

DONATION SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• As much as we would like to, we are unable to respond favorably to all requests due to the large volume we receive.
• All donation requests must be submitted ONLINE only at least four (4) weeks prior to the date of your event.
• Organizations must complete the Cougars Donation Request Form ONLINE to be considered for a donation.
• Mailed/Phoned/E-mailed/Faxed requests will NOT be accepted.
• The Cougars will consider requests from nonprofit organizations and their fundraising efforts in the Chicagoland/Northern Illinois area only.
• Requests are filled at the discretion of the Kane County Cougars. All decisions are final.
• Organizations are limited to one (1) request per twelve month period.
• Donations will be e-mailed to the solicitor at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.
• We are unable to donate to for-profit companies - including employee/volunteer appreciation days/holiday events.
• Our peak season of supporting charitable events is during the regular baseball season and we fulfill the majority of requests with complimentary tickets to Cougars home games. Fundraisers and events held during the off-season will receive a ticket voucher redeemable for complimentary tickets to games for the following season.
