Whether it is for a little league opening day ceremony or an instructional clinic, the Kane County Cougars players are available to make appearances at your next event.

• A player appearance request form (Adobe Acrobat PDF), (Word) must be completed in order to book an appearance.

• Player appearances are $50 an hour per player and must be scheduled at least four weeks in advance of the desired event date.

• Submitting a completed form does not guarantee an appearance by Cougars player.

• All requests must be submitted in this format and will be considered on an individual basis.

• All appearances are subject to the Kane County Cougars approval.
