Appearance Request Form
Mascots: The coolest cats in town are happy to join you for your next event! Ozzie and Annie T. Cougar are available
for parades, fun fairs, school assemblies, store openings and many other events.
Players & Coaches: Whether it's for a Little League Opening Day ceremony or an instructional clinic, Kane County Cougars players and coaches are available to make appearances at your next event! Please note: Players and coaches are only available during the baseball season.
Front Office Staff: The Kane County Cougars front office staff is happy to attend speaking engagements for classrooms, civic groups, business and many other events!
To request an appearance, read and complete the request form below. Forms must be completed at least four (4) weeks before the desired appearance date.
Submitting this form doesn't guarantee an appearance. Requests are considered individually and decision are based on many factors including performer and mascot suit availability. All decisions are FINAL.
Appearances are for a maximum of 30 minutes and the fee will not be waived.
An on site contact must be available to assist the mascots. Mascots do not speak or come with a handler. They utilize gestures, high five fans, and pose for pictures.
The client must provide secured parking for the mascots. The client must provide a secure, private changing areas. A restroom is not appropriate.
Mascots reserve the right to leave any appearance that is deemed unsafe or does not abide by these guidelines.
There are no refunds for appearances unless a mascot, player or staff member does not attend at the fault of the Cougars.
