The Kane County
Cougars invite all fans to Elfstrom Stadium
on Saturday, December 10, as individual game
tickets for the 2012 season will go on sale.
Fans can be among the first to get their
hands on prime seats for next season while
taking advantage of several surprises and
special discounts throughout the morning.
Ticket windows officially open at 8:30 a.m.
that morning, although fans can arrive as
early as 7 a.m. when line numbers will be
distributed.
Incentives for
fans who attend that morning include the
following:
- The
first 100 ticket buyers that morning
will receive a commemorative Ozzie T.
Cougar bobblehead.
- Ozzie T.
Cougar will be on hand that morning to
pose for photos and sign autographs.
- Perfect
for holiday shopping and “Secret Santa”
gifts, several bargain tables will
feature select Cougars merchandise and
novelties at a deeply discounted price.
- Every
ticket buyer that morning will be
entered into a raffle for a
complimentary suite rental for a 2012
Cougars game. Three winners will be
chosen.
- All
merchandise and novelties inside the
Cougars Den souvenir store will be 40%
off.
- All
attendees will be treated to breakfast
pastries, donuts, coffee and water
beginning at 7 a.m. inside the Cougars’
spacious Super Suite.
- Fans are
also asked to bring a coat and/or
sweatshirt to donate to less fortunate
residents throughout Chicagoland.
With the recent announcement of the ’12
schedule, it’s a safe bet that Cougars fans
will have their eyes on various games and
promotional nights offered next season. Some
of these dates include Opening Day (April
9), as well as the Cougars’ Decades Series
(‘60s Night on May 25, ‘70s Night on June
28, ‘80s Night on July 12 and ‘90s Night on
July 26). One of the most
eagerly-anticipated promotional acts is
Nancy Faust, the famed Chicago White Sox
organist who will play her organ at nine
regular season Cougars games next season.
