Volunteers interested in performing the
National Anthem at a Kane County Cougars
game during the 2012 season are invited to
sign up for consideration. To sign up,
please complete the volunteer questionnaire and
return it by December 16, 2011.
Everyone is asked to complete
and sign the form, whether you’ve performed
for us in the past or not. Please note that
no one is being asked to submit demos at
this time and that completing the attached
form does not guarantee a date.
